Privacy policy

Nexus Landlord is a desktop application. Your tenants’ names, payment records, and documents are stored in a single SQLite file in your AppData folder. They are not transmitted to nexuslandlord.com or any third party.

What this website collects

• Aggregate, anonymous traffic data via Cloudflare’s free analytics. No cookies, no fingerprinting.
• Email addresses you voluntarily submit via the “Email me when Mac is ready” form or by emailing av@nexuslandlord.com.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. When you buy a licence, Razorpay collects the payment details directly — they don’t pass through this site. Refer to Razorpay’s privacy policy for what they collect.
