Digital delivery policy

What is delivered

Nexus Landlord is a digital Windows application. No physical product is shipped. A captured payment produces an email containing the Microsoft Store install link, purchase email, licence key, amount, and Razorpay payment ID.

Delivery time

Delivery is normally initiated within minutes after Razorpay confirms the payment as captured. Bank or payment-review delays can postpone that confirmation.

If email does not arrive

Check spam and confirm the address used at checkout. Then use the licence recovery tool or email av@nexuslandlord.com.

Current sales region

The initial commercial release is offered in India and charged in INR. Availability and payment options for other regions will be published separately; entering a foreign phone number does not guarantee that an international payment method is enabled.
